Shipping policy

Purchase will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated, by USPS.  If purchase is above $100, insurance will be added to the shipping charge, to protect against loss/damage.    If purchase is damaged during shipping, recipient must prove how damage was incurred to receive a refund, or a replacement.  

If purchase is a custom order, shipping may take more time, depending on how long it takes to create the custom creation, but will be shipped out within 2-3 days of completion.
